Auto Liquidation Acknowledgement

Letter Of Direction	The Letter of Direction is a requirement for those customers who have a broker that will trade a third party trading system

Own Funds	Required for customers that indicate their occupation may be investment related

Corporate Own Funds	Required for corporate accounts trading corporate funds only

Canadian Non Solicit	Required for Canadian customers

W-8BEN Certificate of Foreign Status	The W-SBEN form is required for all foreign customers
